Somalia: IDPS demonstrate complaining of water shortage



Hundreds of Internally displaced peoples have demonstrated in residences between Afgoye and Mogadishu where millions of people fled from the fighting in the capital Mogadishu live, witnesses said on Tuesday.

Hundreds of Internally Displaced peoples, mostly women and children, marched on the long road between Afgoye and Mogadishu and were chatting slogans demanding enough water supplies.

Millions of Displaced peoples who fled from the deadly wars in Mogadishu reside in make shift huts built along the long road that connects Afgoye, 30 km south of Mogadishu and the capital.

The Internally Displaced peoples have not reportedly got enough water for a month. They demanded from the Aid organizations enough water supplies.
