I'll put it straight and simple ... what are your plans for this Ramadan?
The holy month of Ramadan is less than a week from now and Muslims start preparing for it with enthusiasm!
Whether it is preparing for the delicious dishes they make only in Ramadan or the house decorations which have started to become a rave about four years ago or preparing oneself spiritually for a month of fasting, praying and dedicating oneself religiously ... which one are you going through right now?!

Youngsters and elders alike, also look forward to a bustling TV schedule!
Religious shows, comedies and drama series are mostly what brings the whole family together after Iftar in front of the TV.
Some people also like to go out after Iftar to enjoy the Ramadanesque atmosphere in cafes and what is called "Ramadan tents" ... where they enjoy playing cards with friends, smoking Nargileh and feasting on Arabic sweets that are made especially for Ramadan .. YUM!
Other people take their summer vacation and travel to somewhere where the Ramadan atmosphere is strongly present ... believe it or not, Istanbul is one of these places! I would have loved to be there this year ... but hard luck ... maybe next year!

What will you be doing? Especially that it's summer and the weather is HOT in most countries!!
