After reading the aforementioned notes I became dumbfounded. From the outset I must say the Italian submission is by far the most disturbing as it proposes an international administration to be named as caretaker for Somalia from August 2012 - 2013 under the auspices of joint UN/AU special representative for Somalia (JSR).
UK is learning towards that venture if you read between the lines as they are attaching ambiguous conditions on supporting the road map, like showing success of the road map before the end of February 2012.
I was saddened to read the submission made by the TFG, they are merely asking for handouts and support us this and that and so forth. No wonder Italy is seeking and asking Somalia to be put under trusteeship, who wouldn't under the the current socially, intellectually and politically inept leadership of the TFG.
And in this forum we were concerned on trivial issues!
