“Conflicts that still continuing in Somalia brought another problem to the civilian, dozens of Somalis were displaced in that war,” UN-OCHA said.

The group stated that it has new plan that will help those refugees’ especially internal displaced peoples that still endure poor condition since two years ago.

The statement claimed that the conflicts that broke out in Bakool region and Puntland state cause many trouble to the civilians who were displaced from their homes.

According to the UN-OCHA, 26,000 people were forced to vacate their houses by conflicts that started since July 2010 in the war-torn country.

UN-OCHA appealed to the warring sides to stop violence and allow aid workers to provide humanitarian assistance to the displaced.

The forces fighting in southern Somalia Hizbul Islam and Al-Shabaab refused the aid agencies to operate in the areas they control.
